No Refunds
No refund of Payments received if client cancels the contract, full refund if we (R Lodha Photography) cancel the contract.
Rescheduling / Date Changes
Rescheduling is available only twice (2), depending on our availability, only when done in writing (letter or email), before TEN (10) working days of the event, 25% of contract amount will be charged for rescheduling.
Location Changes
City cannot be changed
Property can be changed, if in the same city or within first 50 kms of the city, extra transportation/fooding/lodging charges will be applicable
R Lodha Photography must be informed, in writing (email / letter), about the property changes before TEN (10) working days of the event.
Third Party Transfer
Balance transfer to third party is not allowed.
